C - Chrysler IBM Fortran Build Card

Description:  This reproduction one-sided IBM Fortran Build Card document was punched with all the desired features ordered by the customer in a special order or ordered by the dealership when the purchased the car as a "Bank" car.   The IBM Fortran card was punted with all the desired features on the car and Chrysler's IBM Mainframe computer could read the punched chads on the card that corresponded to desired features and logistics ordering so when the car reached a certain place on the assembly line the needed parts would be available.  The IBM Fortran Build Car was also the means from which the car's Broadcast Sheet was printed.   This is an exact reproduction of the original.

Document Requirements:  This reproduction document requires the car's VIN#, scheduled production date from trim tag (ideally), period correct dealer, state of dealer, body color of car, roof color of vinyl color, color of body stripes, engine size, transmission, and tire size.  Document is not sold blank.  One hard copy is provided.  Hard copy can be laminated for free.  Electronic copies will not be sent.  This document is hand built for you and requires back-and-forth communication with the specialist.
